Save the Date for this Special Event – Sunday, July 19th

We are very happy about this announcement! Cinemark Plaza is offering for the very first time to present an OPEN Caption movie to see how well it will be attended! Then they will decide if there will be more open captioned movies in the future or on a regular basis. Please save this date! We hope to make this a special grand opening event with all seats sold out!

Let’s get louder, attend this Open Caption movie and show KC how much not only people with hearing loss need or enjoy captions! Bring your family, friends and invite medical professional people you know support our cause! Help us show our Kansas City theaters that open captions also benefit:

– comprehension for people using English as a second language, and

– boost children’s reading skills while watching their favorite shows.

Cinemark manager is interested in what time frame would be most popular and which top three movies we would like to see. Baseball fans, Royals will be playing away at Chicago White Sox at 1:10. That’s just a reminder if baseball is a priority for you.
